Our special rate for doing a corporate communications video is based on the following criteria:
 
Production
We will travel to your designated location - This can be your office, shop, factory warehouse etc but the cost of travel is not included in the rate. (see travel costs below)
We will come with the following equipment as standard
  • 1 Camera person
  • 1 main camera
  • 1 tripod
  • 1 set of 3 redhead lights
  • 1 x radio microphone and 1 x directional microphone
 
We will spend up to 4 hours on location where we will shoot interview content suitable for a 3 min video. This can be just one person or up to 3 people. We will also use remaining time to take required shots of your business environment to act as background video content.
 
Post production
We will edit the content shot on location to make a 3 min communication.
The final video will have some basic title pages with your organisation logo and subject title. We will also place name titles for each person speaking and a closing title screen with company contact info etc. All information to be provided by you.
Sous Productions will provide the video in the following formats. Streaming Flash files for embedding within your website, mpeg and AVI for use on computer.
 
Travel and expenses
Mileage is charged at 40 pence per mile from Salisbury, Wiltshire
No travel time is charged within a rough arc stretching from Brighton round to London, Oxford, Gloucester, Cardiff and Exeter. Travel time outside this area will be charge at £1 per mile
Train and flight travel will be recharged at cost
Accomodation to be recharged at cost
 
Additional options
Additional time on site can be requested at an hourly fee of £50.
If you wish the video duration to be longer then please discuss your requirements with us. A rough rule of thumb would be an extra minute of video will be about £50 but please contact us to discuss as it really does depend on what is required.
 
Additional special effects and graphics can be provided. Please contact us to discuss specific requirements.
 
DVD master and DVD duplication can be provided. Please contact us for costings
 
A short music indent can be provided to open and close the video for approximately £40. Sous Productions will provide you with a selection of tracks to pick from.
 
Voice over can be provided for approximately £300 but once again, you need to contact us to discuss this as it will depend on the voice required.
