Uploading pictures to existing Picasa account online
If you would like to upload your digital pictures to an existing account then here are the instructions.
This will take you to Duncan's Public Gallery in Picasa. When you reach this point you may see folders placed there by other people depending on who has already used it
You can view and download the various pictures already on there but at this point you are not able to upload your pictures.
To upload your own pictures you now need to Sign in.
On the top right of the Picasa screen you will see various words, underlined and written in blue. One of those words will be Sign In
Click on Sign In
You will now see a Google Accounts Screen with a blue log in box to the right hand side
Type in the following information
Email - audrey80th@gmail.com
Password - audreybirthday
Please note this is not actualy a used email account so please dont send emails to it. It is simply to log in to Picasa.
You will be taken back in to Picasa but the only real difference you will see is that it will have the option to upload pictures.
At this point you have logged in as me. You have the rights to delete albums and pictures so please be careful. i.e. Dont click on delete please.
Click on the upload button to start adding your pictures
You will be provide with an Upload Photos box giving you the option to select an existing album or create a new one. My preference would be for you to create a new one and call it your name to help me identify who the pictures were sent by.
Click on Create a new album
You will then be required to provide an album name and details. All I really need is your name in the Title box. Can you also select the unlisted visibility option at the bottom before pressing continue.
The next screen is where you start adding in photos. When you click Add Photos it will take you to your computers folder so that you can navigate to where you have your photos stored.
Select the pictures you want to upload and when ready click upload.
When this has completed you will be able to see your photo album with your name along side the others.
